Simplicity

Summer life is all about simplicity. Refrain yourself from anything unnecessary and just live life as simple as you can. Today we have been out in the forest all day, picking mushrooms and the meal we´ve had sharing them was fantastic. Moments like that will become memories to cherish.

Simplicity

You can never go wrong with black & white... However I´m working on some paintings right now, trying to keep them in simply black & white and it is really hard to get them to work without looking flat. I´m working in both ink and acrylic to see what looks the best in only black, I´ll show you when I´ve made a few.

Washed-out pastels

I´m not a very girly, pink person, but I do like some pastels. Especially if they have a hint of grey added to them and come in rough materials. I could easily serve a nice lunch on these plates.

Paper plate delight

Paperplates are never a pretty sight...  But when I was in Tokyo last year, I found these well-designed and absolutely beautiful paper plates and bowls from Wasara. I fell in love and just want to serve everything on these disposable table sets. So emagine my happiness when I also found them in at HAY in Denmark...
