It´s always great to see unconventional ways of using space. For me, it proves that anything is possible and I love the contrasts that these buildings contributes with. They bring a new flavor to the neighbourhood. These four homes come from completely different places in the world; no.1 is in Singapore, no.2 is in London and no.3 is in Landskrona, Sweden, no.4 in Barcelona.

A wooden square
I found some great photos at Fantastic Frank and just have to show them. Added some more in the subject... Wood is really a fantastic material and it just gets more beautiful with age.

Forever black
It feels like the magic of black is still in my mind. I have finally today bought the posters I´ve wanted for some years now, "Stockings" and "Maggie" by Liselotte Watkins. So even if we go towards brighter and lighter days, I´m still in love with black.

Living in Argentina
This is an oasis in Buenos Aires, owned by furniture designer Alejandro Sticotti. I find this home warm and beautiful with just the right details and no fuss. And the fantastic nature just outside, to enjoy threw those massive windows.

A house in the sun
This beautiful home is owned by Ghanaian-born architect Joe Osea-Addo and his wife Sara. I love the blend of Western and African. Mass-produced and handmade, a personal mix of items from Ikea together with icons like Eames. Also the coloursetting is inspiering, warm and welcoming. Photos by Dook.

Something old - something new, in a perfect match
This is in my eyes the perfect combination of something old and traditional mixed with ultramodern. It is a project designed by Bruno Erpicum, and is located in the countryside of Belgium.

Dreaming of a view
This house just blew me away. Look at the amazing large window that flips.. It is made by Olson Kundig Architects. I would move in any second with that view in the morning.
